the-programWith bathing suit season fast approaching and millions of women everywhere resigning themselves to the fact that this is going to be another “one piece” year, a certain diet and exercise program called 21 Day Fix has captured the attention of many women out there.

The 21 Day Fix is a weight loss program that relies on simplicity at its core to attain the fastest results possible.  Of course, this has to be put up for scrutiny because if simplicity was the name of the game, wouldn’t we have seen something to this effect before?

In this 21 Day Fix review, we’ll take a look at just what this fitness program is all about including the claims it makes, what its two primary bases are, who created it and most importantly, if the 21 Day Fix really works.

As the end of this 21 Day Fix review, we’ll give you our verdict and a special bonus link in case you decide that you want to try it out for yourself.  Let’s get started!

What is the 21 Day Fix?

To begin with, the 21 Day Fix is a fitness program that aims to eliminate the major reason most diets out there fail, giving you the perfect beach-ready body in just 21 days.  The program aims to break the cycle of diets filled with bad choices, exercise routines designed to keep you in the gym, and other fitness programs that are really just meant to keep you yo-yo-ing back and forth between weight gain and loss so that you keep feeding your money into other diet programs.

details

It’s no secret that most diet and exercise programs fail—if there had been one before that really worked, we’d all be using it by now and no one would have to read new fitness program reviews.  The fact of the matter is that there’s no one true weight loss system that works better than the other—so what supposedly makes the 21 Day Fix different?

autumn calabreseWho Created 21 Day Fix?

To better understand that question, it helps to take a look at the creator of 21 Day Fix, Autumn Calabrese.  Autumn is a professional bikini competitor, winning bikini competitions all over the world.  She’s also a trainer and a single working mom, leaving her very little time to get her body into the best shape possible for competitions while also raising her family.

But perhaps more importantly to our question, her busy and extremely demanding lifestyle leaves her with no room for complicated meal plans and hours of exercise.  This explains the simplistic approach that the 21 Day Fix takes and why it is so concerned with cutting out all excessive dietary and exercise functions to bring you the fastest results possible.  But does it deliver on that promise?

How Does it Work?

To find out just how well the program is designed and how effective it is, let’s take a closer look at what this “simple” fitness routine entails.  Basically, there are 2 DVDs containing 3 workout programs each for a total of 6 workouts.  Each workout aims to bring you a massive calorie burn in just 30 minutes, delivering on its promise to cut down on those hours most people think you have to spend in the gym to get the perfect bikini body.

Each workout is different and more challenging than the next, combining their efforts to maximize the amount of fat your burn through.

DVDsOf course, being a professional bikini contest competitor, Autumn’s intensity level is pretty high—thankfully she adds a modifier right on the screen for each workout that will show you exactly how to dial down the intensity level of each workout without losing any of the benefits. Each DVD workout is easy to follow and highly motivational.  The 6 workouts are:

  1. Total Body Cardio Fix.  This workout meant to keep your heart rate up, you’ll kick your metabolism into overdrive, giving you long-lasting weight loss benefits from just one workout.
  2. Upper Fix.  Targets your back, shoulders, arms, chest and abs, giving you the perfect upper body for swimsuit season through resistance workouts.
  3. Lower Fix.  Working with the same resistance based targeting exercises as the Upper Fix, the Lower Fix simply concentrates on your thighs, calves and butt.
  4. Pilates Fix.  Tone and elongate your body with these core strengthening moves that will really firm up your thighs and hips.
  5. Cardio Fix.  Designed to really burn those calories by blasting your heart rate up with insane cardio.
  6. Yoga Fix. The last workout in 21 Day Fix relaxes your muscles while it improves your balance and flexibility.

Dieting is Out, Portion Control is In

Combining the workout DVDs with a diet that counts calories and other difficult measurements is too difficult for the simplicity-first approach the 21 Day Fix takes.  Instead, a color coded system of containers along with a Shakeology Shaker Cup lets you hit the exact right portions every time without any difficult thinking or planning.

21 Day FixThe basis behind this unique portion controlled weight loss eating plan is that you fill up the cups with the appropriate food type.  The sizes of the containers differ depending on what foods are meant to go inside of them.  Then the simple rule is: if it fits, you can eat it.  Obviously the healthier food choice containers are going to be bigger, but this is really as simple—and genius—as it gets:

  • Green Container—Put your vegetables in here
  • Purple Container —Put your fruit in here
  • Red Container—Put your protein in here
  • Yellow Container—Put your carbohydrates in here
  • Blue Container—Put your healthy fats and cheese in here
  • 2 Orange Container—Put your seeds and oils in here
  • Shakeology Shaker Cup—Mix your drinks in here

The 21 Day Fix Review : Conclusion

What really makes the 21 Day Fix weight loss program different from other systems is that the simplicity involved is ingenious.  Following the KISS rule here is what really makes this system stand out and if you take one look at Autumn and the people in the video, it’s clear that the 21 Day Fix really works.

If you want to try the program out, note that there if you don’t get the results you want, simply send it back within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  The 100% money-back guarantee lets you know that the 21 Day Fix is the real deal.  Plus, if you click the link below right now, there’s a special offer going on where you get Autumn’s 21 Day Fix Eating Plan, 3 Day Quick Fix, Dirty 30 Workout and 24/7 Online Support, absolutely free!

I am seeing a lot of info regarding the 21 Day Fix, however I do not see the cost openly displayed anywhere. Does this mean it is another $300-400 diet and exercise package?

How safe is it to lose that much weight so fast when it’s said you shouldn’t lose more than two lbs per week?

Very good question. First of all this statement isn’t really backed by safety data. Losing that much weight or more in a week can be safe or maybe not, it’s only the way you are doing it that determines the outcome. If you drink only maple syrup or lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper for a week and lose ten pounds, i would say that’s not safe at all! But what if you work hard and follow a balanced diet plan along with resistance training workouts and lose 10 pounds in a week, that’s absolutely fine. Don’t worry, the guys behind 21 day fix program have years and years of experience and will take care of everything, you are in good hands!

I have anemia and have to make sure that I have enough iron and vitamin C in my diet. Is this program something that can work with these needs and still see the amazing results you advertise?

      Hi
Do you actually take any supplements for your anemia? That would help me answer your question.

I started the challenge May 12. 11lbs and over 20″ less later…. I got the results I never thought I’d get from the challenge. The only hard part is… The workouts… I modified a lot at the beginning and still do, but now I have the strength to get through 30 or more seconds and then I modify.

      Hi Heidi
I have read in the official website that this is actually not possible until (maybe) the end of June 2014, the reasons is that the company wants to make sure there’s enough containers to go with the actual purchases. As you may know, the product is in high demand and sales have exceeded the expectations. It also depends on the demand of extra containers. Let’s wait and see but try to call them, who knows what they can offer!

      Hi
Yes it does come with a large portion-control container, a PINK B-LINES® Resistance Band, and a 21 Day Fix tote bag. You will have the option to upgrade from the basic package to ultimate in the order page, exactly in the 2nd step (SPECIAL OFFERS).
      Hope that helps.

Omg. I love this portion controll and workout. I just started on 6/10 and I see a difference in my clothes. What would suggest if I don’t use the blue containers. I have a peanut allergy. Also, I couldn’t afford to purchase the shakelogy. Will I still lose weight ?
